great central Location
central location friendly staff in-room safe
the location was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. A large bottle of water was replenished daily in the room. The in-room safe was also useful.
i found the room to be below the expected standard for a four-star hotel. Some electrical plugs and light switches near the bed were not fully functional. The electrical connections for the fridge looked unfinished with visible extension cables.

The hotel includes a breakfast with fresh juice. Fruit was available. the hotel also offers convenient access to the nearby metro station, very useful. a nice touch was a lady cooking pancakes.

the room had ample bench space in the bathroom i really appreciated. the room was also quite large and well-kept. the bed provided a comfortable sleep, a welcome respite after a long day.
